Most adults find them to small even with the hood.

Looks better than what it is

I must admit i was disappointed with these mitts. Its good for children to use but not adults. My hands along with other trainers hands were too big to fit inside the mitts. I would recommend the open finger mitts those are a hell of alot better. The finger cover is good for the bigger version but not the micro version.
